Denominational Investors and Loan Administrators works with various affiliated churches and related religious organizations within their denomination by providing networking opportunities and educational resources. DILA will host its annual conference Sept. 16 – 18 in Charleston where attendees will hear from engaging speakers, share resources and ideas and network with colleagues and friends.
Warner Norcross + Judd LLP attorney John Muhs will participate on a panel to discuss the latest legal developments affecting church extension funds, from changes in state securities law and trends in regulatory enforcement to best practices for conducting an offering of debt securities.
Muhs is a member of Warner’s Impact Investing Group, one of the largest and most successful impact investing groups in the country, representing nonprofit organizations in securities offerings that range from limited private placements to international public offerings of debt securities.
