Corinne N. Sprague, a partner with the law firm Warner Norcross + Judd LLP, has been selected to participate in Leadership Grand Rapids.
Sprague is among more than 40 business professionals, nonprofit executives and government leaders to participate in the nine-month community leadership program from the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce. Beginning in September, these current and emerging leaders will have the opportunity to learn about and explore key issues that impact the greater Grand Rapids area, including community building, talent development, public safety, philanthropy, community health and others essential to a vibrant Grand Rapids.
Sprague concentrates her practice in corporate, securities and banking law and has extensive experience advising privately and publicly traded companies on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, corporate planning and governance and compliance with federal and state securities laws.
She currently serves on committees for the Grand Rapids Art Museum, Grand Rapids Community Foundation and Confluence. She has also served on the board of the Grand Rapids Early Discovery Center and on various committees for the Grand Rapids Symphony.
Sprague earned her bachelor’s degree summa cum laude in American studies from the University of Notre Dame and her law degree magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School.
