The Macomb Daily is reporting that Court of Appeals Judge Pat Donofrio will be retiring on September 30. Judge Donofrio is 70, and would not have been eligible to run for an additional term. His term ends January 1, 2017. Judge Donofrio has served on the Court of Appeals for nearly 13 years after serving five years on the Macomb Circuit bench.
