Warner Norcross + Judd LLP attorney Christian Rhoades has joined the Junior Achievement of the Michigan Great Lakes Associate Leadership Board. The term is a two-year commitment.

Junior Achievement is a nonprofit with over 100 local JA areas across the nation dedicated to giving young people the knowledge and skills they need to own their economic success, plan for their futures and make smart academic and economic choices. JA’s programs focus on work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy. The Associate Leadership Board of Junior Achievement of the Michigan Great Lakes is committed to advancing JA’s mission through advocating and generating support among the West Michigan community. It’s objectives include building networks and awareness of JA, increasing its classroom volunteer network, engaging JA alumni, supporting special events and fundraising, supporting the JA staff and growing the board.
Rhoades focuses his legal practice in corporate and transactional work. He handles a range of legal matters involving mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance and commercial contracting. Much of his work encompasses due diligence, contract review and revision, and entity formation and governance. Additionally, Christian assists companies transitioning to employee ownership.
