Steve Palazzolo is back with a new Law Shanty video about a recent incident that happened at the Philadelphia Eagles stadium between an Eagles fan and a Green Bay Packers fan and her fiancé. In short, the Eagles fan used inappropriate and vile language toward the Packers fan, and it was captured on video. The video went viral and was brought to the employer of the Eagles fan. As a result, the Eagles fan was terminated from his job.

This turn of events has prompted employers to ask: “If an employee’s inappropriate conduct happens while they are not at work, is the employer justified in firing the employee?”
