As social networking continues to grow exponentially hosting billions of worldwide users, instances of social media trademark and copyright infringement have exploded. This webcast will focus on a variety of tools and approaches to help corporate counsel manage the growing nightmare of policing and protecting trademark rights across these websites.

Wassom, co-chair of the Warner Emerging Media and Connected Devices team and author of the book Augmented Reality Law, Privacy and Ethics, has become a recognized thought leader in legal issues raised by cutting-edge media. He recently served as lead counsel for Candy Lab AR's successful lawsuit that extended First Amendment rights to augmented reality game makers.

Wassom will be joined by two other speakers for the 90-minute webcast beginning at 1 p.m. on Sept. 19.
