ACG Western Michigan’s University Fall 2024 is a three-part series designed to take a deep dive into both sides of the M&A process, sell side and buy side, one step at a time.
Warner Norcross + Judd LLP attorney Sarah Harper will participate in the event’s first segment focused on sell side issues. Harper, along with her co-presenter, Brett Filush, BDO’s tax managing director, will discuss “Tax Structure + Legal Agreements” to highlight important tax and legal elements to create a successful transaction.
At Warner, Harper assists publicly traded and privately held companies and nonprofits on a wide range of matters, including securities law compliance matters, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and contract development and review.
