Presented by the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan in cooperation with the Institute of Continuing Legal Education, the 35th Annual Business Law Institute convenes an all-star panel of judges and business court leaders to discuss the latest on business bankruptcy matters, strategies for succession planning, steps needed to manage a cybersecurity incident and more.
Liz Von Eitzen, a partner in the Warner Norcross + Judd Kalamazoo office, has been invited to speak on the panel “What Every Lawyer Needs to Know About Business Bankruptcy.” Von Eitzen will offer essential tools to confidently advise clients on complex bankruptcy matters including navigating the nuances of bankruptcy proceedings, understanding key financial indicators and helping businesses evaluate options and emerge stronger.
