The 40 Annual Opportunity Finance Network Conference will convene 2,500 attendees for the largest, most anticipated gathering of community development financial institutions. This year’s theme, “Made by History. Made for this Moment.” aims to explore the industry’s major milestones, biggest opportunities and most pressing concerns.
Warner Norcross + Judd LLP attorney Sarah Harper will participate in the panel discussion “Expert Advice and Practical Steps for Setting Up a CDFI Notes Program.” This practitioner-led session will explore the nuts and bolts of setting up a Notes program, including the internal and external expertise, staff time and associated costs to set up and maintain a program. Starting with a high-level overview of what Notes programs are, the panelists will briefly share their perspectives and takeaways from their own experiences.
