The Appellate Judges Education Institute Summit is the preeminent annual conference for federal and state appellate judges and lawyers from across the country. Held at the J.W. Warner Norcross + Judd Partner Gaëtan Gerville-Réache will serve as moderator and panelist for the Nov. 3 morning session “The Fine Art of Rebuttal.” Gerville-Réache will be joined on stage by:
- Kannon Shanmugam, a partner at Paul, Weiss, who has argued 36 cases before the United States Supreme Court.
- Daniel Geyer, a partner at Haynes Boone, who has argued 15 cases before the United States Supreme Court.
- The Hon. Shirley Troutman, Associate Judge of the Court of Appeals for New York.
