The 2019 HR Executive Briefing focused on trends in labor and employment and immigration strategies. We discussed legal developments including sexual orientation and transgender status protection, revisions to the DOL white collar rules and 2020 election topics. We also addressed PMLA, ADA, FMLA and drafting and implementing attendance policies. In addition, we discussed employing foreign nationals, ICE worksite enforcement and I-9 procedures.
