I enjoy the intellectual challenges and complexities that that come with litigation. Whether I’m handling a dispute between automotive suppliers or an employment or commercial matter, I aim to find creative solutions to difficult problems. On the other hand, I understand that lawsuits can have a detrimental impact on a business – with the emotional and financial effects lasting well beyond the settlement or trial. This mindset is why I strive to protect my clients’ interests at every stage of the dispute – both pre and post litigation.

Zainab Sabbagh is a litigator who focuses her practice on employment, supply chain and other commercial litigation for a variety of industries. She has experience litigating in state, federal and appellate courts, as well as in private arbitration.
