William W. "Bill" Hall
- Of Counsel
After more than four decades of practice, when my clients ask a question, odds are that I already know the answer – or can at least get there quickly and accurately. My experience-based skillset and judgment allow me to be a go-to trusted adviser, and to help clients gauge the actual importance of individual issues in the greater scheme of things, a perspective they often tell me they appreciate.
Bill Hall is a seasoned commercial real estate attorney with a primary sub-specialty in mining law. He also provides commercial and transactional real estate counsel to Michigan businesses, developers and individuals that are engaged in purchasing, selling, financing, leasing and development across the U.S. His practice extends to condominium development, tax-free exchanges of real estate and the sale and purchase of real estate in bankruptcy.
