When writing and prosecuting patent applications, I go beyond my own engineering background and immerse myself fully in our client’s business. I work closely with both the business teams and the inventors until I have a thorough understanding of what they have created and why – to achieve what specific dreams and goals? Only then do I finalize my own approach and strategies, but with the client’s creative and business mission always the driving force.

Randy Peck is a patent and transactional intellectual property attorney who helps creators protect and fully exploit their inventions in the chemical, mechanical and electro-mechanical arts. Randy oversees every aspect of the patent process, from drafting and prosecuting applications across the globe to post-issuance validity challenges. He also provides opinions and handles a wide range of transactional, licensing and supply chain work, such as advising upon or negotiating the underlying IP licenses in automotive supply chain agreements or conducting the IP portion of the due diligence before a merger or acquisition.
