Lindsey Jager is a corporate paralegal experienced in the areas of corporate transactions, business formations and civil litigation. She spends the majority of her time assisting clients with business filings in the state of Michigan, UCC filings and drafting a variety of formation documents, operating agreements or making amendments to existing business documents. Easy to work with and incredibly resourceful, she plays an integral part in all client matters – bringing versatility and value to every client interaction and request. She is a member of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group and also supports Warner’s Political Action Committee (PAC) with filings and lobbying reports. She has a Bachelor of Arts in legal studies.
