Kelly Hollingsworth focuses her practices in the areas of technology and data privacy. She guides both users and creators of cloud solutions and other technology through procurement, commercial contracting and implementation. As co-chair of Warner’s Cybersecurity and Privacy practice group, Kelly stays apprised of continuously evolving data privacy regulations, regularly helping her global clients – in such areas as health care, education, financial services, retail and manufacturing – protect and utilize both their own data and that of their customers in a way that remains legally compliant.
