When it comes to business these days, it seems that every company is expected to be a tech company. My clients want to take advantage of the latest technology solutions that can make their businesses more efficient or develop innovative new products and get them into the hands of as many users as possible. From licensing and hosting to data privacy and day-to-day business operations, I help my clients solve their challenges and meet their objectives successfully while mitigating their potential risks.
Kelly Hollingsworth focuses her practices in the areas of technology and data privacy. She guides both users and creators of cloud solutions and other technology through procurement, commercial contracting and implementation. As co-chair of Warner’s Cybersecurity and Privacy practice group, Kelly stays apprised of continuously evolving data privacy regulations, regularly helping her global clients – in such areas as health care, education, financial services, retail and manufacturing – protect and utilize both their own data and that of their customers in a way that remains legally compliant.
