Katie offers comprehensive representation throughout the litigation process, from initial stages through trial, and has appeared in many federal and state courts throughout the United States.

  • Obtained a multi-million-dollar judgment from a federal court on behalf of an automotive supplier in a breach of contract case, and when the defendant appealed, the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the judgment in favor of our client.
  • Successfully defended one of the world’s largest boat manufacturers against warranty and product liability claims in a highly publicized case, resulting in the court’s full dismissal of all claims.
  • Secured 6 and 7-figure awards in a wide-range of commercial disputes, including cases involving contract, warranty, and indemnification claims, price disputes, stop-shipment threats & other actions necessitating injunctive relief.
  • Attained a summary judgment award for a small business in a Car
