Josh Hoebeke focuses his practice on litigation with an emphasis on complex commercial disputes involving multiple corporate affiliates and the veil piercing and alter ego doctrines. His affinity for problem solving combined with his strong orating and writing skills create the ideal blend that makes him a natural fit for Warner’s clients and its Litigation Practice Group.

Josh listens well and tries to see a case from every perspective – identifying a client’s strengths while negotiating terms or preparing for trial. He is also inventive, determined and adaptable in his approach to research, writing and debate. Josh absorbs knowledge quickly and is most content when solving complex problems.
