As Warner’s Chief People Officer, Jana Hoeker has nearly 15 years of experience managing human resources departments and programs for professional services firms. At Warner, Jana provides general oversight for the firm’s human resources department and leads salary administration, performance evaluations, employee training and assessments and policy and procedural development and implementation. She collaborates with Warner’s management committee, executive director and other leadership to drive talent acquisition and attrition for the firm – taking part in programs and initiatives to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace for all employees to thrive and succeed.
