Gordon J. Toering
When delivering client service, I look for practical, sensible solutions. I ask myself what I would do in their situation and advise them accordingly. Clients appreciate my cordial candor, as I do not shy away from giving them hard legal advice.
In his two-pronged practice Gordon Toering focuses on commercial law and bankruptcy, handling a wide variety of issues for clients in a range of industries, including automotive, food processing, equipment manufacturers, financial services and construction. He prepares and negotiates supply agreements, purchase agreements, terms and conditions of sale and purchase, distributor agreements, distributor agreements, loan documents, equipment leases and other business and commercial contracts. Gordon also advises and represents clients in all aspects of financial distress, including bankruptcies, receiverships, Section 363 sales and Article 9 sales, insolvencies, creditors' rights matters and collections.
