Today's labor and employment landscape is experiencing a rapid and profound evolution in almost every aspect – from technological and legislative developments, to changing workforce demographics and expectations. I take a proactive approach to problem solving, identifying potential risks and giving clients the critical foresight necessary in order for them to remain compliant.
DeAndre' Harris advises employers across numerous industries on various aspects of labor and employment law – including disability and leave, workplace safety and health, and wage and hour and termination issues. He also litigates labor and employment disputes and conducts internal investigations surrounding discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims.
