Daniel C. "Dan" Persinger
- Senior Counsel
I practice immigration law because I’m committed to matching businesses with the best workers – even if that means crossing oceans to do so. The road to bringing a foreign worker to the U.S. can be steep, winding and with many obstacles in the way. But it is also deeply gratifying. Working in the U.S. can literally change a person’s life and the lives of their family members. I enjoy simplifying the onerous process and navigating the red tape – keeping the big picture first at all times. It’s meaningful work, and I’m invested in the outcome. The gratitude I experience from clients and their employees is the ultimate reward and what draws me to this area of law.
Dan Persinger focuses his practice on immigration and helping employers attract and obtain overseas employees to work in the U.S. He works with in-house counsel and HR and leadership teams to devise immigration strategies to bring specialized talent to their organizations. Working with employers in the manufacturing, hospitality, health care, automotive, academia, and software and engineering industries, Dan is conscious of the diverse needs of each client and strives to achieve their goals.
