While I am a litigator who is always prepared to go to battle for clients, I work with them to try to achieve a resolution that keeps them out of the courtroom and saves them considerable money, time and aggravation. I was the kid of a business owner and still carry those values and priorities – including being grounded in practicality and always understanding the cost-benefit of decisions – forward in everything that I do.

A former federal prosecutor turned litigator, Chris Tracy represents clients from Fortune 500 companies to smaller, locally owned businesses in commercial litigation, real estate disputes and a variety of civil and white-collar criminal defense matters involving corporate, employment, product liability, environmental, regulatory and compliance issues.
