I’m analytical by nature, and I like to take on challenging tasks that may seem daunting to others. Working within the transactional realm of law allows me to do just that – and with great variety. Each day presents unique opportunities and demands across a wide array of legal matters. While one client may need assistance with their quarterly and annual filings, another needs startup support and financing. I enjoy the creativity and intricacy of each transaction. This area of law is fulfilling in so many ways, and it’s evident in my work product.
