In her role as Director of Recruiting + Professional Development, Carin oversees attorney recruiting efforts across all firm offices. She is also responsible for the training, mentoring and evaluation of the firm’s non-partner attorneys, including senior counsel, associates and staff attorneys.

Carin has spent her entire professional career at Warner. She joined the firm as an attorney in 1994 and practiced corporate and commercial law for over eleven years. She became the firm’s first full-time Director of Professional Development in 2006 and added recruiting responsibilities in 2013. Carin has a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, and she is a proud member of the firm’s DEI Action Committee.
