  • Senior Counsel

In a world that is constantly in flux, I advise and counsel clients on matters related to defense contracts, defense trade, day to day compliance involving export controls, sanctions and anti-boycott and anti-corruption issues. I also assist with due diligence and risk assessment of international transactions and collaborate with clients to implement best practices for compliance with U.S. Trade Laws, Federal Acquisition Regulation, Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement and when called to advocate on their behalf before government agencies. The best part of my practice is partnering with my clients. I approach each interaction with genuine curiosity, active listening and a problem-solving mindset.

Aida Dismondy’s practice focuses on matters involving government and defense contracts and compliance with federal regulations governing these transactions. She strategically advises clients in matters involving the Export Administration Regulations; International Traffic in Arms Regulations; anti-boycott regulations; the Buy American Act; the Buy America, Build America Act; the Trade Agreements Act; the Berry Amendment and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
