When litigation is imminent, clients can do a great deal to manage risk and cost through the identification and preservation of potentially relevant data. The earlier we’re involved in this process, the smoother it will be – saving them time, money and headaches.

Adam Cefai is an eDiscovery attorney who advises litigators and clients on all aspects of the electronic discovery process: data preservation, collection, processing, review/analysis and production. He also serves as Warner’s Litigation Support Manager, working with the firm’s attorneys and paralegals to coordinate data ingestion, processing, analytics, review workflows and production for all litigation matters. Adam is the go-to person for technical eDiscovery issues, and is responsible for procurement and administration of all litigation technology tools in use at the firm.
