Our representation of the Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority on their $4.4 billion public-private-partnership (P3) is one example. The Warner team focused on all U.S. law aspects of the project working with more than a dozen governmental partners and stakeholders for more than a decade. We also recently obtained a $24 million judgement on a copyright infringement case, and for a NYSE-listed company, we led an $800 million M&A deal. Our DEI Action Committee features a diverse group of 30 attorneys and staff contributing more than 2,000 collective hours annually to drive DEI initiatives.
