Warner represented a family-owned company in the heat exchange industry, and its board of directors, in a minority shareholder oppression lawsuit brought by family member shareholders that were no longer involved with the business operations of the company. 
Our representation included handling evidentiary hearings and a trial of several weeks, followed by an appeal of the trial court&rsquo;s decisions.
