Warner assisted a hardwood flooring manufacturer with collective bargaining negotiations and the resulting strike.
During the strike, we assisted our client in hiring permanent replacement workers.&nbsp;
We worked with our client through the end of the strike when the union unconditionally accepted a proposal that was less favorable than the original employer offer that was rejected at the initiation of the strike.&nbsp;
Additionally, we successfully represented the employer in obtaining withdrawal or denial of numerous grievances resulting from the strike and the reinstatement of strikers.
