We represented a family office executive during the restructuring of a family office. The restructuring was undertaken to align the family office with guidance provided by the outcome of <em>Lender Management LLC v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue</em>, T.C. Memo. 2017-246.<br /><br />Additionally, the restructuring provided the family office executive with an opportunity to become an owner in the family office entity, and we represented the executive in that matter.&nbsp;
