We served as the facilitator for an engaged couple to discuss and document their agreed-upon terms for their prenuptial agreement. <br /><br />Work with these clients included facilitating their discussions over the course of multiple meetings; documenting in writing their goals, intentions and decisions made; and ultimately delivering their agreed-upon terms and intentions to their respective independent counsel to draft the agreement.
