We served as debtor&rsquo;s counsel for In re Michigan Sporting Goods Distributors, Inc. (MC Sports), a $170 million retail sporting goods chain operating 68 stores located throughout the Midwest. This was a large chapter 11 case, and our work resulted in a sale of substantially all of debtor&rsquo;s assets in a confirmed plan of liquidation. U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the W.D. of Michigan, case no. 17-612-jtg.
