- Lead trial counsel for Meridian Automotive Systems in multiple customer-supplier based litigation disputes
- Lead trial counsel for Daewoo (America) Corporation in multiple customer-supplier based litigation dispute
- Successful Co-lead trial counsel for Consumers Energy Company in billion dollar claim brought by the Michigan Attorney General, before the Michigan Public Service Commissions won by Consumers Energy on all counts
- Lead trial counsel for Vector Pipeline LP in the statewide acquisition by condemnation and negotiation of properties for the construction and installation of a 42-inch, 1-billion-cubic-feet-per-day interstate natural gas pipeline. Involved in over 25 separate lawsuits and hundreds of individual acquisitions
- Successful lead trial counsel for Consumers Energy Company in massive coverage litigation against Lloyds London and London Market Insurer
- Successful lead trial counsel for The Detroit News in major defamation action brought against it by program manager of 1.5-billion-dollar Capital Funding Program which was dismissed on a no cause
- Coordinated over 170 complex "stray voltage" cases on behalf of Consumers Energy Company over the last eight years. Served as lead trial counsel in excess of 18 such cases. Chief negotiator and appellate counsel in all cases
- Successful lead trial counsel for Lear Corporation and Keiper Recaro, major German-based international automotive component manufacturer, in a multimillion-dollar international supplier lawsuit
- Successful lead trial counsel for Port Huron Hospital in multimillion-dollar arbitration proceedings against Mercy Hospital involving inpatient and outpatient heart programs
- Special arbitrator and facilitative mediator for Washington Power & Light, Georgia Power Company, Indiana & Michigan Power Company, Northern States Power Company, Wisconsin Electric Power Company, Iowa Power & Light and Thumb Electric Cooperative in complex electrical power distribution cases
- Successful trial counsel for Consumers Energy Company in six-week U.S. Tax Court case involving $90 million exposure on accrual revenue reporting issue
- Trial counsel for TransTechnology Corporation in trademark/trade name/installation property litigation against Nissan Motor Company, Ltd.
- Counsel for Keiper Enterprises and Keiper Delta Seat Components in multimillion-dollar dispute with motor supplier
