Jessica L. Ulm, an attorney with Warner Norcross & Judd LLP, will serve as vice chair of the American Bar Association International Section Committee on Corporate Social Responsibility in 2008.
As part of the ABA Section of International Law, the committee focuses on issues such as accountability in the global economy, corporate codes of conduct, compliance assessment, and related issues. In her new role, Ulm will be responsible for editing a quarterly journal on corporate social responsibility issues.
Ulm concentrates her practice in litigation and corporate social responsibility. In addition to her membership in the ABA, she is also a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the State Bar of New York and the Grand Rapids Bar Association.
