Matthew K. Casey, a partner at the law firm Warner Norcross & Judd LLP, has been named to the Wayne State University Business School Board of Visitors.
As a board member, Casey will advise and support the dean on strategic direction and advancement of the school. Casey holds a bachelor of science magna cum laude from Wayne State University’s School of Business and a doctor of jurisprudence from the Wayne State Law School.
At Warner Norcross, Casey maintains a business law practice with a focus in banking law. He has been named a Top Lawyer in Banking Law by DBusiness and has been consistently recognized as a Michigan Super Lawyer. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Macomb County Bar Association.
Casey serves on the Macomb County Chamber of Commerce board of directors and the St. John Providence Health System Foundation board. He is a community director on the board of the Macomb Community College Foundation.
A lifelong Macomb County resident, Casey resides in Washington with his wife, Christine, and two sons.
