Warner Norcross + Judd LLP Partner Carly Zagaroli has been appointed to Michigan Women Forward’s West Michigan Advisory Council. The term is a two-year commitment.
About Michigan Women Forward
MWF is a certified community development financial institution (CDFI) whose mission is to expand economic opportunity for women and entrepreneurs of color, empower the next generation, and celebrate and honor the accomplishments of Michigan women. The Advisory Council consists of Michigan Women Forward staff members, volunteers and supporters who bring unique knowledge and skills to the council and make recommendations and provide key information and materials to support the nonprofit’s mission and vision.
Zagaroli is a commercial litigator who is based in Warner’s Grand Rapid’s office. She specializes in insurance policyholder-side guidance, primarily to Michigan-based organizations that have multi-state and international reach. She advises on a wide range of issues, including risk analyses, proper insurance, the claims-making process and strategies to dispute claims denials. In addition, Carly assists clients with commercial contract disputes and premises liability claims.
