Brandon J. Hayes has joined Warner Norcross + Judd LLP as an associate.
Hayes concentrates his practice in corporate and real estate law with a focus on buy and sale agreements, due diligence, entity formation, commercial leases and property transfers. He is based in the firm’s Grand Rapids office.
Hayes received his law degree cum laude from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. He holds a bachelor’s degree cum laude in law, economics and philosophy from Central Michigan University.
