As an attorney, I use my voice to stand up for people and causes that are in need of advocacy. I’m assertive and view conflict as an opportunity to instigate positive change. I take pride in being that change in my clients’ lives, guiding them in policies that produce highly effective and efficient workplaces. I’m also skilled at creating order from chaos – which is an asset in overcoming stressful, high-stake disputes. My passion for the law and for reaching peaceful outcomes stems from my desire to help companies thrive – which is something I am fortunate to do every day.

Danica Bebble represents clients in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including advising and assisting employers in navigating the separation process with employees. She conducts extensive research and drafts numerous documents which include demand letters, cover letters for separation agreements, and cease and desist letters. Danica has provided the labor group with instrumental internal documents on the Michigan Open Meetings Act and regulations regarding wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, and workplace harassment. Danica provides proactive legal counsel to employers and assists with policy development, employee handbooks and compliance with labor and employment laws.
