Kevin is a commercial trial lawyer and a member of the Litigation and Appellate practice groups. He joined Warner in September 2007, after spending two years at Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago and one year clerking for the Honorable Marvin E. Aspen in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Kevin has represented accounting firms, banks, manufacturers and automotive suppliers in a variety of contract and other commercial disputes.

- Member of trial team that won, after a six-week hearing, a no-liability defense judgment in a $500 million accounting malpractice suit
- Member of trial team that secured a highly favorable post-trial settlement in a lawsuit against two major wireless communications carriers
