Diversity
Part of our strategic vision at Warner Norcross & Judd LLP is to have a workforce that reflects the realities of today’s diverse national and global communities. The differences in heritage, culture, and perspective that each of us brings to Warner Norcross make us better able to serve the needs of our clients in a global economy. Our respect for, and understanding of, those differences make Warner Norcross a better and more collegial place to work.
We are committed to hiring women and minorities and to having a workplace that offers opportunity for all members of our organization to excel and have fulfilling careers. We strive to create an inclusive environment built on respect, inclusion, and teamwork. Our
Firm Commitment to Diversity details our efforts to recruit and retain women and minorities and our leadership on issues of diversity in our profession and in the communities we serve.
To increase the number of minorities who enter the legal profession, Warner Norcross offers two scholarship programs. In 2000, we established a minority scholarship program which annually awards a scholarship to a law student and to a student of paralegal studies. In 2008, Warner Norcross will award up to five scholarships to minority college students in their junior year to enable them to take a preparation course for the Law School Admission Test.
