  • Assist with business, commercial, construction, employment, intentional tort, product liability, environmental and appellate cases
  • Factual research, investigative work, discovery review and analysis, electronic production, database management, drafting of discovery pleadings, and preparation of chronologies, timelines and reports
  • Assist with mediations, arbitrations, mock trials, jury selection, exhibits, witness coordination and electronic trial presentations
  • Assisted a large trial team represent a major international natural resources company obtain the first non-ferrous metallic mineral permit issued in Michigan. Compiled and managed over 600 electronic exhibits during an eight-week administrative hearing before the MDEQ.
  • Wrench LLC against Taco Bell in a breach of contract case involving the Taco Bell Chihuahua advertising campaign. Assisted with discovery and trial. Managed over 500 exhibits and more than 100,000 documents including all electronic evidence during the trial in W.D. of Michigan.
  • Race discrimination case filed against Grand Valley State University. Assisted throughout discovery and trial with the review, summarization and management of thousands of documents. The University was awarded a no cause action.
  • Two cases involving an advertising dispute between BISSELL and Hoover in the W.D. of Michigan and N.D. Illinois. Assisted with document review, production and trial, in which the court ruled in favor of our client, BISSELL. Assisted with electronic discovery and production in the second case, which reached early settlement.
  • Stray voltage defense litigation against Consumers Energy by numerous dairy farmers. Trials lasted several months and involved the organization and management of thousands of documents at out-of-town locations.
  • Security fraud actions against The Upjohn Corporation, Macatawa Bank, The Zondervan Corporation and Old Kent Bank. Compiled, analyzed and summarized factual data and managed electronic discovery documents.
  • Construction litigation involving URS Corporation and the State of Michigan. Conducted off-site review of more than 300,000 documents and electronic document management and production.
  • Breach of contract dispute involving Horner Flooring, Inc. and GreCon Dimter. Reviewed over 100,000 documents, managed extensive database and organized electronic production of documents. Case awaiting trial in the W.D. of North Carolina.
  • Non-compete action filed against ex-employee of Lexilite International Corporation. Discovered the "smoking gun" document during on-site review, resulting in a positive settlement for our client.
  • Assisted in the representation of three large Chapter 11 bankruptcies. Represented debtors, Bofors Nobel Inc. and Action Auto Stories, Inc., and the creditor's committee for Auto Specialties Manufacturing Company.
  • Litigation support in adversary proceedings involving the defense of Huntington Bank, Macatawa Bank and Fifth Third Bank.
