Scott Keller to Chair Warner Norcross Technology and Intellectual Property Group

Scott Keller has been named chair of the Technology and Intellectual Property Group of Warner Norcross & Judd LLP.

A partner with the firm, Keller will lead the 21-member practice group, which provides full service in all areas of intellectual property. Warner attorneys offer clients practical advice concerning all aspects of patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, software and technology licenses, along with other significant and valuable corporate assets.  From applications and agreements to conflict resolution and litigation, Warner’s intellectual property team provides experience and value to clients.

Keller has more than 25 years of experience in intellectual property and Internet law and litigation. He specializes in trademarks, copyrights, domain names and unfair competition.

Keller is a member of the American Bar Association and State Bar of Michigan and  a fellow of the Michigan State Bar Foundation.  He is also a member of the International Trademark Association and has served on numerous committees.  Keller is the president of the board of directors of Circle Theatre and also sits on the board of directors of School-to-Career Progressions, a Grand Rapids nonprofit that works with at-risk students.
