Charlie Goode Elected to Board of The First Tee of West Michigan

Charlie Goode, a partner with the law firm Warner Norcross & Judd LLP, has been elected to serve on the board of The First Tee of West Michigan.

The First Tee of West Michigan is a non-profit organization with a mission to impact the lives of young people by providing educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values and promote healthy choices through the game of golf.  The organization serves youth from all socio-economic backgrounds, partnering with organizations such as the Grand Rapids Parks and Recreation Department, Boys & Girls Club of Grand Rapids, Youth Commonwealth and others.

Goode concentrates his practice in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities regulation and general corporate and regulatory matters, with a particular emphasis on representing financial institutions.  He was recognized as a Rising Star by Michigan Super Lawyers in 2012.
