State and Federal Permitting

Our environmental regulatory practice covers the full range of federal, state and local environmental permitting and reporting.

Warner attorneys have successfully negotiated air, water and hazardous waste permits for proposed developments and expansions. Specifically, we assisted clients with NPDES permitting and Industrial Pretreatment Program (IPP) issues under the Clean Water Act, including extensive litigation in federal and state courts and administrative tribunals concerning NPDES and IPP issues. We also successfully defended administrative challenges brought by a nationally sponsored environmental organization to major a chemical company's NPDES permit and successfully defended permits before the U.S. EPA Environmental Appeals Board.

We have obtained new and renewal permits for every aspect of environmental permitting, and also have obtained one of the very few new hazardous waste treatment, storage and disposal permits.
