Warner Norcross & Judd partner Jeff Ott is included in a Nov. 23, 2009 MiBiz.com story about raising the loan limits for small business loans. Jeff said he's doubtful the changes, which are backed by the Obama Administration, are going to spur much lending. A lot of banks have plenty of money to lend and don't need additional capital to make loans, he said.
