Weldon H. Schwartz, senior counsel for Warner Norcross & Judd LLP, has received the St. Thomas Moore Award for Catholic Lawyers.
The honor, which is awarded each year by the Catholic Lawyers Association of Western Michigan, recognizes a member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association for outstanding public service and adherence to the highest ethical standards in the practice of law. Schwartz is being honored for his pro-bono work with families, children and other individuals who are unable to afford legal representation.
Schwartz concentrates his practice in family law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
