Frank E. Henke has joined Warner Norcross & Judd LLP as senior counsel.
Henke concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration and business and corporate law, bringing more than a dozen years of experience to his new role with Warner Norcross. He serves as legal counsel to a number of community organizations, including the Sterling Heights Community Foundation, Macomb Township Community Foundation, Macomb Charitable Foundation and Macomb County Chamber of Commerce. He will practice in the Firm's Sterling Heights office.
Prior to joining Warner Norcross, Henke was a partner at O'Reilly Rancilio P.C., where he served as chair of the Trusts and Estates Planning Practice Group.
Active professionally, Henke is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Macomb County Probate Association and the Financial and Estate Planning County of Metropolitan Detroit.
Henke holds a bachelor of arts degree cum laude from Grand Valley State University and his doctor of jurisprudence cum laude from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where he was an associate editor of the Law Review.
Henke now resides in Macomb Township with his wife, Michele, and three daughters, Jessica, Stephanie and Mackenzie.
