Elise V. Iafrate has joined Warner Norcross & Judd LLP as client development manager.
Iafrate will be responsible for working with Warner Norcross lawyers to respond to requests for proposals and to identify business and economic opportunities in Southeast Michigan. She will be located in the Firm’s Southfield and Sterling Heights offices.
Prior to joining Warner Norcross, Iafrate served as assistant general counsel for Autoliv ASP, Inc. in Auburn Hills. In her role with the automotive supplier, she was responsible for managing commercial and product liability cases, negotiating business contracts, employment issues and related legal matters.
She has also worked as an associate with Puzzuoli, Hribar, Iafrate, Majerowicz, Gaber, Jansen and Kohler in Clinton Township and with Cox, Hodgman & Giarmarco, P.C. in Troy. Iafrate is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Association of Corporate Counsel.
Iafrate received her bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and doctor of jurisprudence from the Wayne State University Law School where she was executive note and comment editor of Wayne Law Review. Currently, Iafrate is pursuing an executive master's in business administration at Michigan State University.
A native of Rochester Hills, Iafrate now resides in Royal Oak.
